About Us

Our Story

Founded in 2021, Denver Muslimahs Outdoors is an event-based organization dedicated to curating experiences that connect Muslim women with the outdoors, their faith, and each other. What started as a simple hike among a few sisters has grown into a thriving community over 500+ members.

Through hikes, water sports, archery, snow tubing, bonfires, and more, we create space for women to explore nature, deepen their faith, and build meaningful sisterhood—one adventure at a time. By celebrating the beauty of Allah’s creation, we foster growth, renewal, and connection along the way.

Our Focus

Faith Centered

Every outdoor experience is an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen our relationship with Allah. From peaceful hikes to campfire gatherings, we find gratitude and beauty in His creation.

Nature Focused

Nature is our sanctuary for healing, growth, and adventure. Whether it’s hiking trails, tubing down rivers, or horseback riding through open fields, we honor the outdoors as a space for renewal and exploration.

Sisterhood Building

Our community is built on trust, support, and solidarity. Through shared experiences, we create meaningful bonds that empower and uplift Muslim women—helping each other thrive both individually and together.

Holistic Wellness

We promote holistic well-being by organizing activities that challenge the body, mind, and spirit. From fitness sessions to moments of mindfulness, we help each other thrive and find balance in our busy lives.
