Introduction to Aerial Silks

Have you ever wondered that it would be like to join the circus? Well now here is your chance to find out! Join us for an introductory aerial silks class designed for beginners, ages 14 and older. This session will cover the fundamental techniques of mobility, balance, wrapping, and posing on aerial fabric. Aerial silks provide a unique combination of strength, flexibility, and artistry — offering both a fun workout and an opportunity to capture memorable photos. The class will be taught by a certified female instructor and mats are provided for safety.
